RINGS is a premiere wrestling training facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We have a top notch training facility, and offer both beginner training as well as an "open gym" style training for those that want to stay in "RING" shape. If you are are looking to get started in the wrestling business, we offer a complete training program to get you on your way.

   We feature a full sized professional wrestling ring, convenient hours, great prices and a convenient location to the Charlotte area. Our facility is a brand new building featuring shower facilities, a video library, and training with qualified instructors.

Practice schedule has changed to Tuesday & Thursday, from 6:30pm until 9:30pm
